Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erbil.
